1. 이 서비스는

쿠마 Gmail MCP(구글 Cloud 프로젝트 kuma-gmail-mcp)는 알렉스(활동명, GitHub aldegad)가 개인으로 운영하는 업무 보조 도구입니다. 운영자 본인을 위한 개인용 도구이며 공개 서비스가 아닙니다. 사용자는 운영자 본인과, 운영자가 연결한 본인 소유의 구글 계정으로 한정됩니다.

2. 요청하는 구글 계정 권한

Gmail 읽기 전용 (gmail.readonly)
Google 캘린더 일정 읽기 (calendar.readonly)
Google 캘린더 일정 초대 응답 (calendar.events) — 받은 초대에 수락·거절·미정으로 응답하는 데만 씁니다
이메일 주소 확인 (userinfo.email, openid)

이 밖의 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. 메일을 작성·발송·삭제·수정하지 않습니다. 캘린더 일정을 만들거나 삭제하거나 내용을 바꾸지 않습니다.

3. 사용 목적

운영자 본인의 메일함과 구글 캘린더 일정을 읽어 운영자에게 중요한 메일과 일정을 요약해 알려 주고, 운영자가 받은 일정 초대에 운영자의 지시로 수락·거절·미정 응답을 보내는 개인 업무 보조에만 사용합니다.

4. 보관과 처리

OAuth 토큰과 계정 식별 정보는 운영자의 로컬 컴퓨터에만 저장합니다.
메일 본문을 서버에 모아 저장하지 않습니다.
요약 과정에서 메일과 일정 내용이 운영자가 사용하는 쿠마스튜디오의 AI 에이전트에 전달되어 처리됩니다. 이 에이전트는 여러 AI 모델 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.

5. 제3자 제공

구글 계정에서 받은 데이터를 판매하지 않고 광고에 쓰지 않습니다. 위 4항의 쿠마스튜디오 AI 에이전트 처리 외에는 다른 사람이나 회사에 제공하지 않습니다.

6. 구글 API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책 — 제한적 사용

쿠마 Gmail MCP가 구글 API로부터 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 것은 구글 API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 따릅니다. 구글 사용자 데이터를 일반 AI 모델 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.

7. 연결 해제와 삭제 요청

구글 계정 보안 설정의 타사 앱 접근 관리에서 언제든 이 앱의 접근을 끊을 수 있습니다.
운영자에게 연락하면 저장된 토큰의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Summary (English)

Kuma Gmail MCP (Google Cloud project kuma-gmail-mcp) is a personal tool run by Alex (GitHub: aldegad) for the operator's own use. It is not a public service; its only users are the operator and the operator's own Google accounts that the operator connects.

It requests read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly), read access to Google Calendar events (calendar.readonly), Google Calendar invitation responses (calendar.events, used only to answer received invitations with accept, decline or maybe), and the email address (userinfo.email, openid) only. It never composes, sends, deletes or modifies mail, and it never creates, deletes or edits calendar events. The data is used solely to summarize important mail and calendar events for the operator and to send the operator's own replies to invitations the operator received.

OAuth tokens and account identifiers are stored only on the operator's local computer. Mail bodies are not collected on a server. During summarization, mail and calendar content is passed to and processed by the operator's Kuma Studio AI agent, which may use several AI model services. Data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not provided to anyone else beyond that AI processing.

Kuma Gmail MCP's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used to train generalized AI models.

You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account third-party access page, and you can ask the operator to delete stored tokens at [email protected].
